HACKNEYED To Support NILE On Second Leg Of European Tour

German death metal lunatics HACKNEYED will support technical death metal masters NILE on the second leg of their "Those Whom The Gods Detest" European tour.

Commented HACKNEYED in a statement: "We are very proud to support NILE on their upcoming European tour in December 2009 together with KRISIUN, GRAVE, ULCERATE and CORPUS MORTALE. It's an honor for us to play with such great bands who influenced us a lot.

"As it is our first European tour, we are looking forward to the upcoming shows in all those different countries.

"We hope that you guys will show up to visit these shows and enjoy a whole evening of death fucking metal!"

HACKNEYED's new album, "Burn After Reaping", was released on August 14 via Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Weltraumstudios in Munich with producer Corni Bartels (DIE ÄRZTE, KILLERPILZE, END OF GREEN, MEGAHERZ etc.).

HACKNEYED recently announced the departure of their longtime friend and guitarist iX. A permanent replacement has been found in the shape of Juan Sierra.
